Disgusting conditions. There is grease hand smears all over the place. Not only this restaurant but all of them are the same. This one had only one worker handling the money and making the pizzas really slowly.

If I could put zero stars it would be a zero ranking. My order was supposed to be ready at 6pm. Went to pick it up and it wasn’t even started. An hour later they still had not even started my order and the employees were just sitting around outside smoking. I ordered somewhere else instead and am trying to figure out how to get my money refunded.

This is the 2nd time in the last month I place my order online and I get there 5 mins after it’s due and have to wait at least 10 to 30 mins longer than time to be ready. The last time I will ever go to this location the manager who refused to give me her name and claims she don’t have the corporate # to call was so very rude. My order was due at 655 I didn’t get any recognition from employees until 705 this manager said yea well we have a 15 minute grace period to get online orders done and told me it will be ready in 10 mins. I did not get my food until 735. Not one apology not anything offered for my long wait over the extra 10 minutes stated. Then she proceeds to tell me I’m a liar and she never said anything about 15 min grace period. She was so very rude no customer service skills how she is a manager is beyond my knowledge!

We stood there for 25 minutes no acknowledgement from no one. When noticed the cashier told us if you want to order is 35 minutes or more. Horrible attitude we ran out of there. We rather drive to Rigatonys always fast and better acknowledgement as a consumer. Horrible customer service.

What in the undercooked crazy bread is this? After waiting 1:30 hrs for pizza that was ordered by app to be ready at 5:30 we get this. The pizza was burned and cut into squares? WTH!! Ordered 2 pizzas waited 30 min then went to pick up with my kids. Ran inside only to see they only made one and put both stickers on it. I told the guy and he went back and talked to a girl who was cussing like crazy and arguing with the guy that was helping me. Waited almost 40 minutes for them to make a cheese pizza while the other pizza got cold. Had keep going to my car to check on my kids. I couldn’t bring them inside because of the employees fowl language. When it came out of the oven she just put ot to the side as she talked to her friend. Worst service I’ve ever had. This place is Ghetto!

This location was usually pretty quick and reliable. Recently, however, workers have been slow and unknowledgeable when it comes to an error in their system. Many are left waiting far more than the average 25 minutes, and when someone does complain, it seems like they somehow “deleted” several orders. While the food has been good for what it is, the waiting, the lazy workers, and the questionable service (especially for those picking up an order) have pretty much been left to be less desirable. It’s clear that it mostly ends up being left off to the owners as to how they should handle their staff, cause when all is said and done, they can make a good pizza (haven’t really had an issue with the food’s quality, but it seems to vary by person to person).

I frequently visit lil Cesar’s at 43440 10th street west in Lancaster, CA. They never answer the phone. (I usually cannot order from your menu what I actually want because breadsticks cannot be modified on the website) Today, I went again, waited about 5-10 minutes without acknowledgement. When I finally saw someone, I said “excuse me. Can I order?” And the response I received with attitude was “one second” and an eye roll. No problem. I left. I will not be going back to location, even though it’s more convenient. I’ve been in customer service in one fashion or another for over 20 years and this was very unacceptable.

Little Caesars pizza has become my favorite tasting pizza! The sauce is perfectly seasoned and is delicious. They put just enough sauce, so you get just enough sauce in every bite.

Always slow, incorrect orders, crazy delays. Online orders still not ready 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Employees couldn’t care less. I’ve been here 2 or 3 times now and it’s always been a terrible experience. Don’t waste your time.
