I ordered 30 minutes AHEAD and our food looks like it was rushed with no care. I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni, crazy bread, and wings. The wings were LITERALLY the only good portion of my meal. The crazy bread looks like SHREK’S FINGERS, that’s not how they supposed to look like. The pizza looked OKAY at best, half of the pepperoni was crusty by the time I ate it. Thanks for helping me waste $25….

This place never FAILS to not care about customer service. Several times in the past, and on this date, I’ve tried calling in an order because I KNOW things take forever to get. Each and every time no one answers the phone lines. The standard reply is “our phones are down, or I have no idea why the phone wasn’t working,” pathetic. But, I guess they can get away with it since their the only franchise in town and there are NO RESPONSIBLE adults or managers working.

I ordered online around 3pm to have an order ready at 415. I get to little ceasers at 410 and there’s a big line and my pizza is not in the pizza portal. There’s a big line. Random girl and boys coming and going in back. The employees giving people pizza. They are ignoring me as I’m saying where is my order. My order had crazy bread and that was not ready. I asked about crazy bread they said wait atleast 20 mins. I explained I had somewhere to br at 430. They didn’t care. I said do they check online orders and they said no they never do. I don’t know who you have employed here but that is not okay. Rude employees that dont care about your time.

They took over 45mintues to give me the pizza and they supposedly lost the pizza so then I had to wait for them to give me the pizza one person working in the front they take there time and it’s really small place for a lot of people and should make a bigger place supposedly it so post to be hot and ready but by the time they give us the food it cold

I pick up food for delivery for doordash and it’s almost always a 30 minute wait while my customers are expecting their pizza at a certain time and it never fails this place is always late.I get a text saying the order is ready which they must send out so they can make it look like they are on time.The staff is very unorganized and never even know my order I have to show them numerous times.They have absolutely no customer service skills to say the least They will forget about your order over and over then respond rudely when you ask for the pizza I noticed pizzas sitting out in the middle of the kitchen today uncookedthen when I went back about 2 hours later they were still there at room temperature That is very gross considering food needs to be kept at a certain temperature and grows bacteria on it after sitting more than 15 minutes at the room temperature. I wish this place had some kind of organizational skills and sense of urgency. I wouldn’t eat this pizza ever! I don’t feel that people should be promised hot and ready when the wait is always 30 minutes or more!

My wife bought the fancier pepperoni and it did not have cheese or pepperoni like the TV shows. Plus they told my wife 15 minutes and it took a half hour. Corporations getting away with ripping off the people and charging us more.
