This location never has “hot and ready” pizzas available for pick up. It is dinner time, they should know their peek hours and be prepared. And twice already I have found hair embedded in the pizza. I have to wait 15 minutes for two “hot and ready” regular pizzas because they are NOT hot nor ready!

As long as you get a promotional pizza it’s great. The regular pizzas aren’t good, like they don’t put sauce on them or something, the fanceroni and stuffed crust pizzas are the best pizzas in town for the dollar second to Costco’s pizza.

I waited here for 10 minutes with no clients in front of me, and never got acknowledged even after her manager told her when she was leaving ( which was when I came in) however I saw her step out come back in be on her phone never got the attention a customer should. Two guys however didn’t stop working one slicing and boxing the pizzas and another who was prepping pizzas and orders and once done helped me super cool guy said his name was rice. The girl don’t know where she went just disappeared very bad experience. (Rated on one visit)

Pizza is always well done. They usually have hot-n-readys ready as soon as you walk in but if they run out all of a sudden, they try to make it asap so the customers’ time isn’t wasted, great customer service.
