The quality of the pizzas seems to be on a downward spiral. 3rd pizza with sections of No cheese or No toppings. I didn’t even know if they were open because the lights were all off outside. Switching back to the Clinton Ave location I guess. No pepperoni on one section, No bacon on another.

Every time I order they said 10-15 minutes. But it’s usually over 20 minutes and half the time the pizza is burnt on top but not cooked all the way. Leaving the pizza dough not fully cooked. I hate that this is the only one close to my house

I understand when your short staff , the food will take longer to be made but the guy in the front telling me it’ll be a 10 min wait if that was ok & to it end up being an HOUR wait is not ok. Be honest with the wait time and let me decide if I want to wait that long or not. 2 pizzas and an hour long is just crazy! He didn’t apologize for the wait was rude when giving out my order. Choose your job wisely.

I used to come here a lot during high-school and they were awesome. Fluffy crust and good thickness with solid cuts. Now…not so much. This is more or less what you get when you order ahead of time through the app. Been avoiding this place for that very reason. Flour under the pizza is still very powdery and the cuts don’t go through the pizza so I had to tear it along the semi cuts they had made. The box legit doesn’t have an indent where the cuts should have gone. It didn’t go through.

I dunno but something has changed with the way they make their pizzas. Maybe it’s better ingredients or more attention to detail on the part of the employees? Regardless, I have now elevated pizza pizza into the ranks of pizza giants such as Me n Ed’s, Round Table, Shakee’s & Red Devil. Good Food, Good Service. Good Job Little Caesars!
