Came to this location on a Monday at 9:26 pm to order a pepperoni cheesy bread. The employee Veronica told me I could not order any pizza that they are closing early. They are suppose to close at 10:00 pm. I find this to be unacceptable. If you stop making pizza at 9:30 pm then close the store at 9:30 pm. Turn off your open sign because if you’re not making anymore pizza at that time then you should not stay open until 10:00 pm. I will be returning to speak to her manager. I’m not trying to be a Karen or anything. I just don’t think it’s fair to customers. I left my house to come to this Lil Caesar because you advertise that you’re open until 10:00 pm. But you’re not so it’s false advertisement.

They did not give me the correct pizza. I tried to call to ask about it and they picked up the phone and hung it up immediately. I tried to call back but they put the phone to busy. Thankfully we paid with the app and since I can’t get in contact with the store I have no other options but to ask the bank.

I walked in to place an order for take out and as I went to adjust my face mask the worker yelled to put my mask on I told him it’s on just adjusting it. While he’s yelling his mask is under his chin. Then another worker came out to take my order he yelled at her and told her he would take my order, he then took out his phone and decided to text and play games on it. I told him I was ready to order and 3 minutes later he took my order. He gave me the total and I gave him correct change and I guess he saw my money in my purse he then said he would prefer If I gave him all my fives I declined and said why are you looking in my purse. The energy is very off at this place. Also the apple pay machine does not work and for some reason they dont sell vegetarian pizza on the weekends

This location is TERRIBLE! I ordered pizza online 2 hours in advance to be delivered to a high school WITH instructions to “hand deliver” pizza to the office. After waiting 20 min AFTER the specified time it was supposed to arrive, I referred to the email receipt and to my surprise, a link to Grub Hub showing that the pizza had been delivered! It had not.

We ordered a pizza that should have been hot and ready and it we waited several minutes. There were no hot and ready pizzas available at 5pm. We also got breadsticks and I don’t know what those were but there were disgusting, brown, and barely had any flavor. I will not go here again.
