If I could give it no stars I would! The customer service is horrible! I ordered online and was told my pickup time was 8:29 pm, I go in at that time and was told it was in the oven. My husband goes in 9:20pm and was told, “It’s probably not even in the oven!” We asked for a refund! One of the young boys was in the back was throwing toppings on the pizzas! Very bad customer service! One of the guys in the back had some friends walk in and grab a pizza and soda within a few seconds!

Going to this type of place you expect poor customer service. With unexpected foresight little Caesars corp decided to create pizza portal, a way for them to hire the people with the worst customer service skills but still provide an passable experience. Hooray. You may think, I just want my pizza in a timely manner so this is perfect. Sadly this isn’t so. Despite being told I would be emailed and have an employee-interaction free experience, this location thinks that interaction with their disgruntled employees provides the best experience.

I do like the fact that you need to order the pizza and then they make it, because it is nice and hot, but it seems like they are slacking off and are sometimes rude there. They are lacking customer service. There is no friendly smiles. It just doesn’t have that friendly environment to it like it used to. Still great price wise as long as they stop hiking the prices up

Has this place cleaned, ever? Walked in to pickup a pizza I ordered over the phone. While waiting for my order along with a few other people I began to notice the lack of cleanliness in the front of the house. Counters dirty, the register area super dirty, take a look at the photos yourself. I’m not one to go randomly badmouthing restaurants but there are cleanliness issues here that need to be addressed. Take some pride in your workplace please.

Employees were disrespectful children. Lots of cursing and no one seemed to want to work or serve customers. Explicit music playing and multiple f bomb dropped by staff. I’ve never had to WAIT for little Caesar’s before but expect to wait at this location

This particular store in Newark, CA is selling extremely cheap and low quality products. My ultimate Supreme pizza topping was chopping into smaller tinniest topping that were burned thru the cooking process. The pizza was salty and not enough cheese. I would never want to go back to this store ever again. You see all the pizzas have more crush than cheese and topping. Even the ExtraMostBestest Cheese pizza does not have enough cheese. This is really bad reputation.
