Terrible customer service. Manager is very unprofessional. The pizza and crazy bread was rock hard and not edible. I called to order one pizza 30 minutes before the business closing time and was told they were too busy to accept new orders but they had pizzas available for walk ins. Got there a few minutes later and got what was available. Restaurant was in fact not busy there was only one customer. A few minutes later serving pizza to the kids and realize it was hard as a rock. Returned immediately to store and door was locked. They wouldn’t answer the phone either. Left information on online contact form and waited for response then after none called in and was told that my only option was to return it that night. But I did and door was locked staff ignored us. So they pretty much just stole our money. Manager did not care at all that my kids went hungry that night. I only had enough money to buy them that meal and not to replace it with a second one.

This is the only Little Caesars I will buy from. But customer service is at ZERO!!! I WALKED IN ONLY HAD 2 LUNCH SPECIALS READY 1 Pepperoni AND ONE CRAZY BREAD READY. NOT LIKE THEY Were BUSY BOTH EMPLOYEES WERE ON THEIR PHONE AND NOT EITHER SMILED ONCE IT WAS AS THOUGH I Interrupted THEIR FREE TIME… JUST BEFORE I CALLED TWO TIMES ALLOWED PHONE TO RING MORE THAN 5 TIMES EACH AND NEVER GOT AN ANSWER.. BOTH THOSE YOUNG LADIES SHOULD BE FIRED AND REPLACED WITH SOMEONE WHOM WANTS A JOB AND HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. 🙁
