This place hits it out of the park. Awesome service and food, definitely my choice for phone ahead quick lunch that feeds multiple people. My favorite is the Detroit double deep stuffed Hawaiian with jalapeno and extra cheese. WOW! Excellent.

I had the most unpleasant experience while trying to call in an order. I wasn’t actually ordering food for myself but for the children of a friend of mine who was recovering from a medical problem. When I called, I was trying to confirm the location by asking, “Is this the lil Caesar’s near the Arco.” I’m sure many of us have ordered from the wrong location at least once. The woman answering the refused to confirm the location and instead kept saying, “HOW CAN I HELP YOU??” At first, I thought she couldn’t hear me but as I repeated the question, her “HOW CAN I HELP YOU” was getting louder and more and more rude. Eventually, I just ordered what the kids requested but if it were my pizza, I would’ve just hung up and chosen to eat somewhere else. The receipt said the name Elvia P. on it.

The food has gone downhill in the last year. Just this last visit they forgot to add sauce to my pizza and it the toppings were burnt, they also forgot to put butter on my bread sticks they were so dry not even my dog wanted them. And it’s not the 1st time things like this have happened there. There customer service is GREAT but the food just isn’t what it used to be.

The customer service in this business is excellent. They are sharp when they take orders and they have NEVER messed up my order, and I go here quite a bit. They only downfall is that certain menu items that they spend millions of dollars on advertising, are not always available. And I always ask them, “but why?? It’s supposed to be ‘hot and ready’ “

As local family on a budget, Little Caesars is normally our go to, but this location is GROSSLY incompetent at basically everything. We’ve given them plenty of chances but they’ve managed to mess up or “forget” half our order SIX TIMES in a row of the course of a year or so. Mediocre Pizza combined with terrible service is not a lasting business model.
