The cashier was super friendly and nice even though it was starting to get busy. This was on Veteran’s Day. Even under the pressure she was friendly and attentive. I had a good time as I had not been there in years. The food was piping hot and still hot when it got home.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Waited 30 minutes for a hot-n-ready deep dish order while others ordering the same thing after me, received their orders. I heard an employee in the back say, “I think I lost an order.” Unfortunately that order was mine. It wasn’t until I approached the cashier that they admitted their mistake. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL! I feel this reflects on poor management and the hiring of incompetent employees. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Mediocre pizza, but good when you’re trying not to spend an arm and a leg. The service was non-existent since I use their automated pickup system. But it’s nice to get in and out without having to wait.

HORRIBLE>>>HORRIBLE>>>HORRIBLE….As a doordash driver that is making money for this store by delivering to their nearby customers, they make us wait a god awful amount of time to get orders prepared. The app tell us what time the food will be ready, upon arrival, we always wait another 15minutes. The food is NEVER ready when it is supposed to be. Also there is hardly anyone ever at the front counter, the workers are usually huddled up in the back clowning around. I can’t believe they get paid to horse around while hungry diners wait for their pizza.
