We placed an online order, and my husband went to pick it up at the time given. When he got there, the pizzas were not ready, so he had to wait, which is fine. However, when he got home, one pizza very obviously had been sitting in the hot box for quite a while, and our deep dish pizza was cooked enough to just melt the cheese, but the crust was raw.

Tried calling in my order several times but no one answered the phone. Went in person and found the restaurant to be dirty. Had to ask the worker to please wash hand’s because after handling cash and cash register started making my pizza with bare hands, no gloves. Did wash them and started me a new pizza. During this time was unable to open the cash register to give me my $12 in change. The employee tried calling the manager but manager didn’t answer. I told the employee if it would be easier to give me my $20 back and I would pay by debit but they said the transaction had already gone through so it showed the pizza was already paid for. Since I had been waiting for quite a while and I had groceries in my car and it was 85° outside, I just said I would cancel the order and just take my money back. The employee was very nice. He said my pizza was ready and for my inconvenience just to go ahead and take the pizza and he would give me my $20 back since he couldn’t get into the register to give me my $12 change back. Which he did. I am not blaming the employee. I think the fault here is with management not making sure their employees are well trained and not checking to make sure the restaurant is clean and that the handwashing is policy is being followed or gloves being worn while handling food. I don’t know what the problem with the cash register was that it would not open for the employee which was working by themself, but I feel the manager should be available at all times for employees emergencies. This was actually my first time going into this location and it will be my last unfortunately. Again, the employee was very nice and made things right with me but just not a pleasant experience.

Ordered on Doordash, the poor dasher went to pick it up and there was a mix up on orders. The dasher was told there was no order and then another employee told the dasher that there was. It took over 30 minutes to get it figured out. Dashers get paid by time. This is ridiculous!! Sounds like this location needs more training and better communication. If I could I would come in and talk to the manager myself.

I ordered a Supreme, specifically pointed to the pic if the pizza, got home and my pizza had onions and mushrooms. Definitely not a Supreme. I returned back, and asked for my money back, the employee told her manager, the manager, which I could see, said why! With this look of annoyance on her face. I told her why, and showed the pizza, then she looks at the cashier and says ohhhh this is the pizza, so clearly they new they messed up the order.

I don’t go to this place for quality pizza but the breadsticks were disgusting and tasted like they had been left from the day before. The service was awful as well; the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. A girl walked away in the middle of helping a customer to talk to her friend in the back. The staff that helped me acted as if I was inconveniencing him by ordering food from there. The marinara sauce was so incredibly watered down it was like red water; they also didn’t even bother to fill it even halfway.

They gave me an undercooked deep dish. It’s like they waited just for cheese to melt then called it good. No golden or burnt cheese means it’s undercooked in the dough. Pulled one apart and yes dough was gooey and sticky under cheese
