Placed my order and was informed AFTER I paid that it would be a 15 minute wait. Had she said that up front I would have ordered another item that was actually Hot and Ready. A few people came in while I was waiting, but no one was acknowledging them or taking their orders. Maybe they were understaffed, but they didn’t seem to care.

The pizza toppings were delicious but the crust was undercooked. My reason for giving 4 stars is the exellent customer service. While waiting for my order, a dissatisfied customer was ranting and raving at these poor, young employees. She was way out of control, to the point that I wondered if she was mentally ill. Anyway, the employees maintained their cool and continued to treat this woman with patience and respect. I was very impressed and told them so.

The cash register girl named Julyssa was amazing. Friendly and outgoing. Ahe delivered rapid, friendly and honest service. The pizza took forever and she kept telling them she needed pizzas and they just sat there.

Go to literally any of their other locations. This one can’t seem to make orders correct, and doesn’t want to refund the customer. Instead gives us the option to basically take what we get or we could wait another 30 minutes for another pizza to be made. Completely unprofessional.
