I ordered a pretzel pizza tonight and got an almost raw pizza without a pretzel crust. It was salted like a preztel, but the lack of cheese, pretzel crust, and being undercooked. Doubt I will order it again

This place really knows how to mess up pizza. The pizza was cold. The bread sticks weren’t made right. The customer service “remedy” to messing up orders is a joke. This place is not a valid Little Caesar’s. I have never had a pizza made so poorly, from Little Caesar’s. Only here. I don’t recommend anyone buying pizza here. Give your business to a location that actually cares about quality!

I placed an order for two pretzel crust pizzas and what I thought was an order of crazy bread too. Placing my order at 6:47p.m. PST order # 5001319. After a wait of 42 minutes for two pizzas, I realize that the gentleman operating the counter had not rang up the order of crazy bread. I ask the person that delivered my order if I could get an order of crazy bread. They then scoffed, took my order and that ticket is# 5001331. I was not the only customer experiencing difficulties with orders. Door dash orders were cancelling because of extreme delays in service. The answer and response from staff was that they were sorry they were short-handed with only 4 people on staff. I was extremely dissatisfied with this experience at the location in Medford, Oregon at the Medford center. While the chaos was ensuing, the only thing that could be heard from the kitchen was what I assume was the M.O.D. of the shift threatening to send all the employees home. That’s not really a morale booster. Someone needs to offer guidance and support to that team so that the store can turn a profit and not lose customers.

Small area to wait inside, and under staffed. About 7 people ahead of me. Most everyone was waiting for their order. One person was going to order there. Don’t, call ahead! We called at 3pm for a pickup at 4pm. Got at 4:10pm. Saw 2 waiting for the kiosk , and theirs was not ready either. No employee was at the register, everyone was in back. Nuff said!

The cheapest cooked pizza in town for a reason: they use lower-quality ingredients. They are crazy busy if it’s anywhere near dinner time. I prefer frozen pizza from a grocery store.

Been coming to this store for 16 years. It used to be decent but as of late, morale is exceedingly low & mistakes on orders are high. They appear stoned too. Poor attitudes and managers just laugh at their staffs mistakes. =/

Got there before other people and person on register was attending people coming in, ignoring us all the time. Had to tell him we were just picking up an order like three times and still made us wait like 30 minutes when the order was in the warmer

Placed an online order for pickup so it would hopefully be ready by the time I got there. It said 15 minutes for the order to be ready and it took 25 minutes to get my order once I got there. This wouldn’t be that big of a deal except for the fact that multiple people walked in without an order and were able to purchase the same items and leave almost immediately.
