This is the last time i tried spending my money at this establishment. It really has gone down hill, the last two times I’ve been here, they didn’t have hot and ready pizzas and said it’d be a 30 min wait time and today, i was refused service because they didn’t have their cash register ready, i waited 15 min after they had opened to go in, as to avoid this situation and not have the employee feel rushed but that wasn’t the case. If you’re from out of town and have some time, may I suggest Sidelines pizza or Rodeos, both have better customer service and pizza.

I don’t quite understand why people are mad and complaining that Little Caesars isn’t exactly $5 Hot & Ready anymore.. Little Caesars is one of the smallest pizza joints in Klamath Falls and yet so many inconsiderate and rude people choose to come here because it is still the cheapest. Consider the fact that you’re not the only one in town ordering pizza, online ordering such as mobile pick up & doordash has been a thing for a while now – big town, small joint – too many chiefs not enough Indians – need I say more? I’m proud of the employee Isaiah, he has gone out of his way to make sure that our food is served as quickly as possible!

The employees are very friendly and very efficient. The food is cooked perfectly – not too done, not underdone. The wait was not long at all. I watched them move quickly and communicated with each other to get everything done as quickly as possible. I could not be more impressed with the service I received and I would not hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone who wants to eat delicious hot pizza without the hassle and expense one would have at another establishment. These guys definitely deserve a pay raise! Wonderful service

So much for hot and ready. They never have pizzas ready and up until recently it was what it was but the last “hot and ready” I waited 30 plus minutes for was cut so poorly I almost went back but figured it wasn’t worth the hassle since I’d waited so long already. You’d think they would have figured out by now they need to prep more pizzas for they’re day

Ok so this little Caesars is a joke every time you go there they never have any hot and ready pizzas and tell you ot will be 45 minutes the employees are not professional at all. and if you try and call in your order in advance they will put you on hold for up to 20 min be for someone picks up then they will hang up and when you call back the line is busy if you order online and get there when it says to your food is not ready and you end up sitting there for any where from 30 min to 1.5 hrs I have lived in kfalls for several years and no matter what time of day you try and get a pizza from them it’s all ways the same B.S. I don’t know how they are still open this store give little Caesars pizza company a bad name.

Post COVID this store has gone really downhill.. Ordering on the app used to be extremely convenient. Now it’s 50/50 if it will even be made at all, much less on time. The staff does the best they can but it really lacks leadership and planning.

It takes an hour just to get one pizza but at that point it isn’t even worth it because it tastes burnt and old. Very disappointing, if you want good pizza go to dominos and it won’t take an hour either. I would highly recommend going somewhere else

Called 30 minutes ahead for 2 extra most bestest and a plain chicken wings, got there and none of it was even ready after 30 minutes, waited 20 minutes and they still didn’t have the chicken ready, had 3 different people try to hand me the pizza and had to tell them I was missing the chicken, and the guy at the counter was talking on the phone the whole time.
