Horrible customer service. Walked in, waited 5 minutes with no service. Another guy comes in, and is served right away. I then have to wait again to order. Few minutes later I get to order, other guy already got his. I order a deep dish only. So, I wait again without being told how long until it is finished or offering a receipt (was the manager). Another guy comes in, orders a deep dish, breadsticks, and a soda. He gets his order first. I continue to wait. Maybe 10 minutes later they come and ask what I ordered. Waited another 5+ minutes before I got my pizza. No offer for napkins, peppers, plates, etc… (again by manager). The pizza was also cut horribly. Makes it hard to eat and drive like i wanted. The entire time I was there I did not hear a single greeting other than, “What do you want?” I also did not see a single smile. They just looked dead inside. I will never recommend this location on Union in Tacoma to anyone. Sad considering I usually have good experiences at other locations.

Quick service, convenient location, and friendly staff at this location. I ordered online and the food was ready within 20 minutes of hitting purchase. It was easy getting to this location off a main road and just a minute from the highway. Shoutout to Miss Nelly and Mr. Jay for their thoughtful customer service! Recognized that I had kids in tow and brought my order out to my vehicle and included a little treat for the kids:)

The crew working at the location today knows how to make a pizza. It’s been a long time since Little Cesar’s has served me something that I can review positively. The regular crust was cooked golden brown with a slight crunch reminding me of the time I first bought a pizza from this chain. The sauce was tasty and tangy and pepperoni not too greasy. Also, the pizza had plenty of evenly applied cheese that would please anyone that likes the melted goo pulling away at each slice scooped up!

This place looks like it is under new management. I stopped coming to this location 2 years ago because it was filthy and slow. The pizza was sub par. Now The place is clean and the pizza is soft and billowy. Great job sunny!! I’ve been back twice already.

Got a cheese pizza and Italian cheese bread when we got home the were not fresh at all. Last time I ever visit that location again. I don’t usually write reviews but this ridiculous I’ve been there 4-5 times and every time something was wrong from customer service to awful food.

I called Little Caesars and ordered a pizza but they couldn’t deliver so we called Door Dash. 30 minutes later we got the wrong pizza. So I go down to Little Caesars and find out that Door Dash never came. Door Dash delivered some random old cheese pizza.

I just wanted to say a huge shout out to Nellie. She was running around doing a great job juggling multiple tasks at once. A male staff member was rude to a customer and she quickly talked to the customer and did her best to calm the customer down. She was extremely professional and I will definitely come back because of her.
