The Hot-N-Ready claim is easily the biggest scam going in big business today. I’ve never been able to walk right out with pizza, ever. Throw in the overcrowded and usually very tight waiting accommodations and you just can’t have anything other than a 1-star experience at Little Caesar’s!

I ordered last week online got that three meat deep dish. For pickup. It was ready when we got there to pick it up. However when we got home the middle of the pizza was not cooked all the way. The dough was soggy and not edible.. So today I stop by for the hot and ready so I purchased them. The cheesy bread and crazy bread were fine however the pepperoni pizza was dried out and chewy like it had been sitting in that warmer for 45 minutes. Extremely disappointed again. . I’m totally over this Little Caesars.

The pizza was amazing. The service was terrible. I placed my order for an extra most bestest pizza at 8:40pm the server/Cook named Bell informed me that would be a 10 minute wait. Ended up leaving there at 9:23pm 7mins before they close. Five people ordered after me, Five people left before me.

Its my weekend on a Thursday, plumbing in the house has been fixed and I need something quick to eat so I can relax at home, where do I go. Little Caesars to fill my depressed stressed stomach. I arrive around 730pm. Walk in, store is cleaner than usual. No hand prints on the windows, cooler is stocked with soda. Kitchen not to messy and orders are stocked in machine. I’m greeted 45sec after I arrive by the cashier/box maker (sorry don’t know the position names at this business) asks what i would like to order , types it in gives me a total and gives est time (10min ) not bad average. Than I notice the song that is playing advise the name and small talk is made. Than cashier retreats to back to continue working. Music is suitable for all ages and the workers were singing to song in back, not to loud but where customers could hear it. Positivity and a good atmosphere. I believe it was the closing manager that was assisting me and you could tell the other workers enjoyed this shift and were working as a good team with a good flow. Pizza was out in 9 min and 35 sec (yes I counted, my belly was screaming ok ) and was greeted with sir your pizza is ready.

I ordered through this store on the litte caesars app, my order was cancelled 20 minutes after the delivery was scheduled. I was in the area so I stopped in to see what I could do. The gentleman working the store was super nice and tried to take care of me, but had to go to the store manager for approval, who denied it, and made us pay again for the order, and contact DoorDash (who handles the delivery side I guess) and said I had to contact them for the refund. That really rubbed me the wrong way, and shows poor customer service on management level and I doubt I’ll ever order from here again.

These people are extremely unprofessional. Hitting the dab pen by the toppings bar and sitting on there phones apparently is more important than greeting customers. Sat there at the counter for 15 mins legit.

i ordered online and it was easy and order was ready on time. I always get a deep dish pep when I order little ceasres. This was my first time at this location and in this state. Pizza was just ok this time, not amazing like usual. The crust was slightly spongy and there weren’t burnt edges like usual. Workers were friendly.
