Little Caesars has great pizza but poor workers . I had called in a order and no answer and called several times , I was in a hurry but couldn’t order online because I didn’t have my debt card . When I had arrived to little Caesars I had walked in through the front door to seeing everyone working but there were other employees on there phones while to Phone were ringing. Very poor Customer service, the people did not look like they wanted to be there or work ..

Edit: Upper management smoothed over the bumps. Visited again and had the quattro, pretty good. Quick and easy experience, didnt bother calling in though. All said, good work, and up to standard. Earned an extra star.

Went in today for Pizza, breadsticks, and wings. I was the only one there when I arrived and 15-20 minutes was the initial waiting time quote, I figured I would go to the bakery next door to buy some bread while I waited( was only in there about 10 mins), then returned and lobby was full, as I waited for them to take the other customers orders they sold my chicken wings to people arriving asking what they had ready, they had my cheesy bread and pizza then realized they sold my wings. So had to wait another while for my order. Roughly about 35-40 mins When I got home, my pizza was cold, my chicken wings were semi-cooked and cold inside and colder in the middle, cheesy bread was ok. Don’t waste your time here at this location. Seen several similar reviews on this platform and haven’t seen any response by management or owner trying to resolve these issues. They obviously don’t care about negative reviews or their customers.

Idk why they never answer the phone . I always give them the benefit of the doubt and try and I get nothing . I even asked once why they don’t pick up the phone and the guy standing there told me it’s because they are insanely busy , yet I was the only person standing there . Also the crazy bread is always hard and stale . This location on 24th and Nob hill needs some better management and to answer the phone because they are losing the company lots of customers Fast. I gave it one star because you can’t leave feedback without selecting one. My real score is 0 stars .

I don’t have the option to put zero stars for both locations or I would give NEGATIVE -4⭐️! Every time I go to order pizza I have to call for at least an hour straight before someone picks up & that’s if they do. When they don’t answer, I show up to get pizza, they all of a sudden closed! BAD BAD BAD customer service! Thank you West Nob Hill location you’ve lost a once valued customer!

I am just trying to understand why this company has a online ordering system if it doesn’t matter if or when you place an order. I placed my order today at 6:42pm and went in 35 minutes after when they said it would be done at 7:15pm. The guy at the front counter did not care that I already waited 35 minutes. He said it would be another 20 minutes after I said I already waited more than 20 mintues he shrugged and said “it’s not our fault”. Excuse me but who’s fault is it? Because you are the one providing service. Then when I do return 30 minutes later I walk in and the same curly hair boy says to his coworkers behind the food display “that’s her”. My name is Christina not her. Maybe this company should remove their online ordering system. It is definitely NOT working.

No one ever picks up on the phone if I order, which can be 100% faster and safer if I’m on the road. I ended up having to pull over to order online. Once I arrived I waited patiently for my order to be completed. Stood there and watched at least 8 calls missed while workers stood directly in front of the phone while it rang. If you don’t intend to take orders by phone it should probably be stated online so potential customers can weigh their options and see which works better for them. If I were the owner I’d be upset to know that this is an on going issue; potential lost revenue / missed customers. Probably should evaluate, even if the pizza sells itself; just saying.
