The hot and ready pizzas are never there hot and ready. I always end up waiting for them to make it, which is ok if their store was bigger. And typically there’s a few others already waiting when I get there as well as other people coming in too. All are waiting which is causing a group of about 10 people standing in a small enclosed hot box type of area without anywhere to sit so everyone is beyond frustrating.

Have ordered here many times. Normally get decent service and ok food, but the quality even within the order is inconsistent. Today I ordered 4 pizzas and two were good, two were custom order and the pretzel crust tasted nothing like it normally does And these two were burnt. Phone rep states that it’s how they make it and other than the salt there’s no difference in crust. I’m no expert, but I feel ripped off my taste-o-meter calls something different from what I normally get. Very deceptive to offer a “pretzel crust” if there’s no real difference…these were made wrong.

Usually don’t have a problem when I order online but there was no option to ask for no salt on the pretzel stuffed crust so I went in and ordered. They messed up the pizza the first time and put salt on it so they made another one. Well I didn’t look at it until I got home and it was the wrong pizza. When I called she told me to come in the next day and when I did the girl working said “what do you want me to do about it.” There should have been a note or something. Super irritated and shouldn’t have even bothered they couldn’t even make it right when I came back in they just gave me regular crust. Yeah no salt thanks.

The presentation of our pizzas were horrendous. My detroit style pizza was absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever received. The pizza was messing cut and the pepperoni wernt portioned on the pizza km JUST THE CORNERS. Whoever ran this shift could give a care less. You need better employees who care about their job. If I could give no stars for my food, I would. Very disappointed. My Hawaiian pizza had bad placement of the cheese, and cooked too long. I normally don’t care but what the heck is this?

Made an online order, said it was in the oven and couldn’t give me a basic food item and said they ran out but nobody called to tell me and after waiting a while found out when I went to pick up my order… As someone who works in retail leadership I had to ask for a solution since one wasn’t offered to me (cash back or the food I ordered) and it took grabbing the manager to only offer me a refund instead of a substitute for my order.. never coming to this location again. Bad leadership and you can tell in the recent reviews.

There are so many ways I could tell the story of my experience at Little Caesar’s, but I think the most fitting would be to start at the beginning. I’ve been going to Little Caesar’s a long time- most of my life. Which means that I have seen the joint grow and evolve, through trials and times of prosperity, shaping it into the restaurant that it is today. For a long time, my experiences were often disappointing. “Hot-and-NEVER-Ready”, my family used to dub the chain. Every delivery would take ages, and when we finally received our food, it was cold, stale, and quite frankly, not delicious. Times were tough, and finally, we resorted to ordering Papa John’s instead.

I ordered online and got a pizza that had absolutely no sauce. Tried calling the phone number but they just let it ring until it ask you for an access code and then it hangs up on you horrible customer service. This little establishment is a disgrace and needs a manager that will lead the place not drive it to the ground. Go to another establishment and save yourself from the headache.

I love going to little Caesars and getting the half pepperoni half crazy bread pizza it’s perfect for me and my dad because he likes pepperoni and I don’t but I love they’re crazy breade. I also enjoy the bouncy ball machine that they have.

Waited over 30mins for 1 single Pizza. Yea we we’re refunded but that’s all, but standing there waiting I was able to see and hear the absolute disorganization along with no communication. I worked there for 5yrs and management back then wouldn’t EVEN tolerate the bad attitudes, untucked uniforms and blue jeans, ringing off the hook telephones that weren’t being picked up and terrible food.

Second time in about 2 months that this location has had terrible food. It use to be one of the better and cleaner locations but not anymore! My walk in visit at the beginning of July I received all three packages of rock hard, deformed crazy bread sticks. The Italian cheese bread was tasteless. Hot and Ready cheese pizza was “okay.” I was able to get a meal replacement from corporate and trying to do so in store was difficult. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing, acted like the email I received was fake, and while waiting for this order to be made “right” I waited inside noticing how they don’t seem to take much care into keeping up the place. The bathroom was dirty, garbage overflowing. The main area had build up of grease stains that weren’t mopped in I’m not sure how long, and the pop cooler said “sorry, broken, warm sodas only.” In a hurry for something quick and easy for dinner we decided to give them a try again by ordering through the app. Wrong choice! All 3 of the pizzas I ordered were almost sauce-less. Again, rock hard and tasteless crazy breads, this time not deformed, but browned like left too long in the oven. At least the Italian cheese bread was good. Unfortunately, I decided to try their new cookie dough brownie and they shoved it into the pizza portal with all of my other food, so yay for melted goopy brownies. Guess we will just have to find another pizza place to switch to, because this location obviously can’t get things right!
