I use to love this place, I have an allergy to tomatoes so I can’t have sauce, sadly ever since they stopped answering the phones I have had sauce every time I order, and since they don’t have any where to write comments on the app I can’t even express my allergy. So I’ve had to have the pizza remade in store, which makes it worse for everyone. I wish the company would shape up, cause lord knows it’s not the employee’s fault, no sauce is weird and different so I understand there are accidents, but with no way to fix the problem besides wasting food, I don’t think I can order little Caesars anymore.

I ordered 3 pizzas. One Hawaiian with white sauce, one plain cheese pizza, and one sausage pizza with white sauce. I got two standard Hawaiian pizzas with red sauce, and the sausage pizza had red sauce. They NEVER answer their phones, and I paid $30 for nothing I wanted. This establishment is poorly run. Simply because THEY FAIL TO LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Terrible, went through the drive through and ordered crazy bread and a half pepperoni and cheese pizza, sat for 25 minutes where they told us to park and they would bring it out to us. And had to go inside and he tried to play it off as of they weren’t done. When it was literally sitting I’m the back. I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with crazy crust and a crazy combo. When I gave the man my card to pay for my order he snatched it out of my hand and then I was handed my food and again, I ordered a crazy COMBO so it was supposed to come with sauce so I said ” oh hey there was supposed to be sauce with the bread” and he rolled his eyes and had an attitude as he forcefully put the sauce in my hand. The pizza was fine but the crazy bread was BURNT. This experience is probably my last experience at this location. Do better.

I could not use their app or order online, I tried calling 2 different stores, this one and market street location and neither one of them answered. I called several times. My husband went into the store to order and the energy from the employees was horrible. You could tell they all hate their job. I was very disappointed with the whole process.
