This is what happens when you hire middle school dropouts to run your store. All the cooler was out of product with more ready to be stocked and available. All the pizzas, bread and wings were out of stock. It took 20 minutes for one order of wings and bread. They confused our order with another which made it take even longer. I’m not even going to explain the attached pictures. How can you be this dumb?!

Enough is enough. Argonne LC needs to be shut down. Waiting an hour for pizza when there is 4 workers, then getting the wrong order or a messed up pizza. My pretzel pizza had a handful of salt in one spot (now 3 slices not edible) and very little salt on the rest. Not offered any freebies or money back. Not clean. No AC. Manager is a child. The list goes on. Help yourself and go to a different location.

Not only was my pizza I ordered online not done for an hour and a half, but I was also given the wrong pizza compared to what I ordered. Unfortunately, I was dumb enough not to look at the food before leaving – but I was waiting at the store for an hour and a half. I had things I needed to do. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, only to end up receiving a pretzel, possibly thin crust pepperoni pizza.

It took like 35 minutes to get three pizzas and when we did one of them was very much so burnt. The breadsticks were raw and stale. Three employees were there as well. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but I genuinely suggest avoiding this establishment. If three whole employees can’t handle a few orders I have no clue how you guys handle rushes.

Really surprising the place looks abandoned the machine to pick up your pizzas that you ordered online does not work, and my pizzas were burned and broken. the breads were pieces and were raw. I do not recommend this place☹️

I recently had a not so great situation at Little Caesars at this location, but wait keep reading it gets better. My food was not to the quality of the standards that I’m used to with little Caesars so I went back in the next day with my food, and spoke to the manager, who was super kind and more than willing to correct the issue and then some. New ownership is really working hard to turn this place around and is doing a great job. I highly recommend this location.

The worst service i have ever had! I have ordered from this franchise multiple times and every time i show up when the pizza is expected to be ready, then i wait an extra 30-45 minutes. The staff is extremely unprofessional and un-trained. I will never be returning to this location again. I have been to this franchise over 10 times and have been left disappointed every single time….

I absolutely love little ceasers and have grown up eating it for a long time however I have never seen such a terribly ran store through this company than this specific location, the store is absolutely disgusting and the wait times are insane considering the brand claims “hot and ready” nothing is ever hot and ready. The crazy bread we received and the pizza we received today was absolutely horrible there was way more cheese and sauce covering the pizza than there was crust and the bread sticks were so burnt we had to throw them away because it was a choking hazard for our 2 year old. avoid this location.
