Everything was great! This was my first time going, $8 for a single pizza? Crazy! I usually pay $12-$15 for the same size in the valley. Domino’s doesn’t have anything on LC. Pizza Hutt sucks for fast pizza. This pizza is made fast by dudes who just want to go home and hot and ready for you to eat as fast as you can open the box. 300°F pizza? Screw it, it’s getting eaten.

Little Ceasars is terrible, horrible, smh when I get there to pick up a order I was told by the employee to pick up time for the order was at 903 p.m. and I arrived at the store at 8:50 p.m. so I went out to my car and came back in at 903 p.m. and was told that my order was just in the oven and it won’t be ready till 9:10 p.m. I spoke to the same employee and said when I walk in you told me my order pick up time was at 9:03 p.m. and it’ll be ready by then that was a lie I was upset went back to my car came back in and my order wasn’t ready till 9:15 p.m. so I had asked the employee what had happened he specifically told me that someone walked in wanted a order of cheese breadsticks they then my order and I had to wait in the extra 5 minutes for his order to come up this restaurant is so terrible that they will give your order to someone else that walks in gets the same thing and hand it to them while they placed the purchase order that wanted the same thing and gives it to you when you come back in that is not right

The front staff was difficult to communicate with. Our order was wrong( no sauce on pizza ) my wait time was tripled . Half the order was cold due to extra wait time. But I like pizza. I’ll visit them again. I’m not trying to down the staff, humans error all the time. I’m just honestly sharing my experience.

Very attentive and helpful employees. A friend of mine dropped her purse outside of her car and a male employee taking out the garbage picked it up and returned it to her. Very impressive. There aren’t many like him out there. Hopefully Little Ceasars does everything they can to keep him around. Honesty is so rare these days.

I’ve always gotten LC pizza specially the one off Boniface. I went and picked up a pizza at the midtown LC the pizza wasn’t baked all the way and soaked in grease. The crazy bread was the shape of an hour glass.

Today made several attempts to get our money back that was taken off my debit card on 2/4/2023 in the amount of $55 that their staff charged my account without us receiving anything. The staff by the name George is rude and unprofessional.He gave me the wrong number to contact their supervisor Tauline and when contacting their supervisor she said they looked into it and stated that my bank is probably holding it because the sale was Canceled!!! My bank Alaska USA stated that Little Ceasers definitely received the money out of my account and that they would be opening investigation into situation and calling their corporate office.
