The male cook was very rude. I ordered pepper steak and it tasted old and and had a nasty taste. I called and asked could I bring it back for something else the manager said yes when I got there they didn’t want to fix me anything and gave me a refund and was talking in Chinese back and forth being very rude. They touch people food without gloves on and have uncovered food on the counter.

As I was transferring rice from the tray to a plate, I notice this insect that was in the rice. So I did return the food and requested a refund. After the guy examined the folk with the bug still on it, he told the lady to give me my refund while speaking in their language (while using hand motions). The lady then looks back at the folk a second time and started talking loudly trying to get him to not refund me saying it wasn’t an insect! Long story short, I got my refund! That’s clearly an insect or some sort! You be the judge!

Please don’t eat at this restaurant. They have a Nasty attitude. I called them about my order because it wasn’t right. The lady that said she was the manager told me to bring it back and they’ll cook me another one. I took it back and the male cook wanted to just add gravy to my food that I brought back instead of cooking it over. Not only that, he stood back there talking a lot of noise in chinese and waving his hands. Finally after waiting they finally gave my refund. I thought I was gon have to call the cops.

Food okay. The problem is, they have a large clear curtain protecting them from the public. All transactions and Food is passed through a small opening. All the customers must reach their hands in the same hole. This is absolute cross contamination. IT DOES NOT PROTECT THE CUSTOMERS. All customers are at risk of being contaminated by other Covid19 carriers.

I’ve been eating from this restaraunt since I was a little girl. But over time they have gotten worse and worser. The customer service is horrible. Really miss the older white guy that ran the register. And the brother and sister that owns the restaurant. When they was running it food was excellent and customer service was so much better.

Overcharged my card by $9. When I call about the issue, they want me to take extra time and drive there with my statements instead of going through their own card processor’s statements. No, thanks. I will do a chargeback and have my CC company deal with them.
