Once upon a time there lived a little burro whose life ambition was to create the greatest short order tacos the state of Colorado had ever seen. He traveled far and wide throughout the globe, collecting only the finest ingredients, and sampling the greatest tacos. After his travels he returned home and took to his kitchen, to combine what he had learned. After months of culinary experimentation, the little burro revealed his creation. He realized almost immediately what he had done. All he wanted was to create one of the greatest tacos in the state of Colorado, but it seemed he had taken it to far, and formulated the recipe for the greatest tacos in the world. He decided that the only practical solution for this new found dilemma was to take his creation on the road, to bring this culinary masterpiece to the masses. Thus little donkeys was born. This is not a tribute, no, these are the greatest tacos in the world.
