We order a pizza for takeout almost once a week because the pizza is delicious. However there is almost always a long wait to receive food no matter if you call it 5 minutes in advance or 30 minutes in advance. Normally only one person working the front to take orders, accept payments, and get food to customers. Your order could be in the warmer right in front of you but you’re waiting 30 minutes to pay for the food before you can leave. I would recommend trying the food but expect a wait.

I’m very disappointed with the kitchen staff! I have been a frequent customer since i’ve moved abt 20 min away from the restaurant over 2 years ago. The cook keeps putting banana peppers on my subs after I specifically ask for them not to be up there! I spend over $30 EVERYTIME I go there and my last 4 visits have been the same, something wrong with a sandwich. Hire someone who understands your written orders! I don’t have money or gas to waste on food that I will not eat because of the taste I don’t like. That’s the reason I ask for no peppers!

Used to go there every Friday night when it was Little J’s. Called in 2 subs last night about 15-20 minutes ahead. I got there and still had to wait at least 15-20 minutes and there was only 1 other person waiting on a takeout order. There was nobody in the entire restaurant. It will be a long time if I ever go back for service that slow. I could have nade them faster myself!

I placed an order and they didn’t give me my lasagna. She told me to give her my phone number and that next time I can call and they’ll have it. I called today to place an order and get the lasagna. The lady who answered the phone said she knows what I’m talking about and sees the note but she can’t do anything because the lady who took my order isn’t there. And that I’ll have to call back next week when the person who took my order works. Genuinely, what the heck.
