The kitchen offers north Indian style chats. Had been here twice and most of the chats tasted the same(dominated potato flavour ). The groceries section has good range of spices and snacks.

So we have been a regular customer over 6 years and this was our only “ Authentic” Chaat place in the PHX area . We drive 35 miles each way just to get here . That’s how much we loved this place .

we went to little india this weekend to get few indian snacks since we were out there for chutney’s buffet. We bought roasted chana 2 packets same size. When we came back home we noticed one was priced at 1.99 and other was 7.9. When i called the store they said one was salted and thats why priced more. I mean just putting salt you will add 6 dollars. They were kept just next to each other so thats customer deception. here are the pics. i have been a little india fan ever since it was owned by an old uncle because of food quality and good grocery store. Food quality as well as ethics have gone for a toss ever since this latest ownership.

Had an amazing experience at little India. The service was amazing. I believe his name is harsh who helped us. Wonderful young man. You need to try the samosas when you go. Can’t wait to go again

Highly recommend their samosas. It gave me the closest feeling of having Bangladeshi “singara/samosa”.

I love the food here because of how authentic and close it is to the food I used to eat in India. The Khasta kachori chaat is my favourite savoury item and Rasmalai, dessert.

By far the BEST of the BEST chaat place in the valley. I have tried a lot of India restaurants in the valley and this place makes the best chaat in town, so much like Mumbai street chaat! yum yum yum!!!

I was treated so rudely just because I accidentally broke a chili while carrying my baby. I apologize and the owner took the broken chili glass and put it on top of the cashier’s desk. They told me that I need to pay for it and to take it home. The chili was $3:50 but I agreed to pay but refused to take the broken glass home. The owner was so rude and disrespectful. How can you ask someone to take a broken glass home? I was flabbergasted and so confused. Just because we are black doesn’t mean we are less than a human being. That was racist and uncalled for. I will never ever forget this experience as I live. I wish I could have taken videos and photos.

The new owners have work cut out for them. Quality consistency not there anymore. Chole has become sweeter, quantity is less and baigan bhartha was more like eggplant pieces cut in gravy. Used to love going there for last 10 years, not so sure now.
