I found this great restaurant while walking around the area on my first visit to Philadelphia. I ordered a few individual slices and thought they were delicious. I dined in, and the area was nice and clean. The young man behind the counter brought me a glass bottle of chilled water. He was very friendly and told me his father owned the place and was from Italy. The prices for the individual slices were very reasonable especially compared to a lot of the food prices in the area. I will definitely come back here next time I am in Philadelphia.

I searched on Grubhub for a good Italian place for me and my kids that didn’t cost an arm and a leg just solely because of service fees and delivery fees and I almost gave up until I found you guys! No service fee so it was affordable and not only that but the food was amazing!! Chicken parm and side of meatballs for the win. We will be ordering here whenever we want to order out for our Italian night!! Thank you guys!

In the last three months we’ve gotten consistently late deliveries, resulting in cold food. Most recently they delivered more than an hour and a fifty minutes after ordering (5:20pm on a Saturday).

Great neighborhood spot for pizza, we take our teens here and didn’t hear any complaints. I especially enjoy the grandma pie, the kids of course likes their cheese pizza which has a nice chewy crust and sauce is just right.

Best NY style pizza in Philly! Super friendly folks too. Pizza is CRISPY and CHEESEY. Salads are good too if you’re into that kind of thing.

This is the only place to get pizza. After this, you won’t be able to eat other pizza. They also have a killer tiramisu. Thank you Little Italy for ruining my ability to eat elsewhere. Your food is just that good.

A very cold first wednesday in January. I got the Special Cheesesteak. It came with fried onions, mushrooms and peppers. It was good but it had a bit too much oil on it. The oil kept it hot and made the peppers soft, two good things but a bit too much oil. In photos you can see cheese melted on top. You can also see it needs more cheese. Traditional roll that held up well to the oil.

I don’t feel like I can give LI2 a review that they deserve because I’m a New Yorker. I have HIGH standards for my level of pizza because I have been eating it all my life from the pizzaiolos from Queens who came from Napoli Italy. The Margarita was heavy on the sauce- like a traditional Margarita is the essence of light and KISS. There is no where for a pizza place to hide when ordering a margarita cause it shows the cooks skills in sauce and dough and how quality the cheese and basil are. I must say for a homesick new yorker it was good. But not a true margarita. The Fries are OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD though. I would 100% come back here for them. Nice crunch on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, brilliant, brilliant! The garlic knots were a nice little change in the meal but the dipping sauce is too sweet for me. It’s a cute shop and actually I’ am looking forward to ordering more while I’m here with my family.
