I went to this restaurant on a recommendation of a mutual friend. I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the butter chicken combo and some tandoori fish. Fantastic flavors. A bit pricey but huge portions. The restaurant is a no frills hole in wall place. No problem with that. This place is as good as any south Asian restaurant in all of California. For desert we had a homemade mango kulfi ice cream. The best I have ever eaten anywhere except in India.

I came to Lodi first time due to my sister doctor’s appointment. Even though they were on afternoon break till 4pm, the chef saw me outside, let me in ask the receptionist to take my order. They respectfully told me they are Zabiha Halal and told me the source of meat. Later my food was ready in just 20 min.

Very nice people, excellent food! The naan was enormous: crispy, tender, and hot from the oven. The vegi combo plate (chickpeas, spinach, and rice) was spicy and tasty!

Best Indian/Pakistani (I know they’re different ok, I’m a white boy) in the Central Valley. I’ve been to many places in stockton and LoDi and this is easiest the best. The lamb curry and tikka masala are top 3 of best I’ve ever ever had. The vegetable samosas are bomb. They make their food with complex flavor and spice, hard to find anywhere else. The customer service is top notch, super friendly and accommodating to individual needs, couldn’t recommend more.

Food was excellent. This is a take-out only place and was quite busy when we got there…yet the orders were fulfilled in a timely fashion. We tried 5 different items and each one of those had great taste. Will definitely come back again!
