This is the best Filipino food spot near Austin, in my opinion.

What an absolute feast of goodness! First time trying authentic Filipino food, and wow, that first bite bought me in. Everything was exceptional! The way they cook the pork is such a delicacy.

Interested in trying something new? Philipino Deserts? Then you all need to come here and give this place a try. The egg flan is so good, thick and creamy, with a light hint of lemon. The cassava cake is nice and dense, not too sweet like others I’ve tried. I like my cassava cake wet or dry. Lastly Tha Halo Halo, so many flavors and textures, I couldn’t explain to you everything in it except for the Ube and shaved ice, I can only tell you how great and refreshing it all comes together. The gal who runs the place is also very sweet. Come give it a try, it won’t break the bank. Unfortunately, they only have a Tiny sign on the frontb door, so don’t expect to see a big sign on the roof, so it’s a little tricky to find.

Just the Filipino comfort food I was hoping for. I’ve tried all the other Filipino foods in Austin and they just weren’t hitting the spot. I’m glad I finally made it out to Round Rock to try Little Mama’s. We did have to wait 40 minutes (which we were warned about anyway) but the wait was worth the quality. The sisig was great, palabok was WOW, lechón kawali was so crispy even after a 20 minute drive home, we weren’t super crazy about the lumpia. It was fine, but we’ve had better. Thank you Little Mama’s for bringing me the taste of mom’s home cooking!

Such a yummy experience . I would say you should buy a Coca Cola with every meal it makes it all the best. The desserts are so good as well. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Miss Mama.

The only thing to note is that you can now dine in however there’s no table service or restrooms. Plastic ware available and has about three tables. Busy with customers with their takeout. All in all the dishes are flavorful and great place to grab some Filipino food. I recommend kare kare (oxtails) you truly can’t go wrong with what you decide. This time I decided eat in and had the eggplant (tortang talong) and the shrimp with coconut kalabasa(squash with green beans). Recommend any desert but this time I picked the green coconut which was sweet with green jello, tapioca pearls and shredded coconut.

It’s definitely a Hole in the wall so if you find it consider yourself blessed bc it’s a true diamond! There is no sign on the side road or even a marquee it’s just a business card size paper that has the name on it taped to the door. The moment you open door your greater with the most friendly and welcoming staff !

Fantastic Filipino food; it’s legitimately like having your own Filipino grandma whip up old family recipes for you.

My husband and I finally tried Little Mama’s after hearing so many good things about them! Omg they did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing and the lady working the front counter was so friendly and welcoming. We cannot wait to go back and try more dishes.
