Nice Mexican place that also serves American food. Menu was only front and back, and had limited options. Most recipes included beef, not many chicken options. They did have green margaritas for st Patrick’s day. Overall, not a very authentic Mexican restaurant, but it would be great to take kids to because of all the kid options and it is a very quiet environment with not many people. Very affordable food as well. Some dishes only cost $7. They also had 2 different kinds of salsas which was nice.

Service was good. Extremely bland!! Used the hotter sauce. The milder was just tomato sauce. Burrito was barely ok. It wasn’t nasty; just boring. Most of the stuff on the menu was hamburger. Should be called Very Little Mexico!

We traveled from Doniphan to experience your establishment because of the great food. The food was great but our waitress however, was not! She was very rude to us for asking for extra napkins, and brought us beers and when she got it wrong, she slammed my friends beer down on the table. She acted like it was a crime if we asked for anything! Even after her lack of respect, I tipped her 20% because that’s how I am. I told the hostess on the way out that our waitress (Kim) needed to learn the word respect. Before I reached the vehicle, our waitress Kim came out and told me her grandchildren acted better than we did! Not in my whole life has anyone treated me like that! I wish I would have taken my tip back from her and given it to the cooks, they deserved it not her.

Customer Service is a 5. Food was pretty good. Chips and salsa served first with choice of medium or hot salsa. I ordered the enchilada platter, filling and delicious. Cozy interior and nice and cool. Many other things I would like to try on the menu. Including a taco salad lunch special.

Kinda thought the salsa was a little bit on the sweet? side but I guess you-all want to know minute details. That would be the only critical thing I could think of in an otherwise very cozy and quoint atmosphere with very delicious food.

I had tacos. They were excellent. Service was so fast. Nice and quiet so I could hear my friend talk. I will be coming back to this restaurant. Oh and the prices were lower than some other Mexican restaurants.

Little Mexico has been around for YEARS, that should tell you something. Little Mexico is so good! Mild salsa is excellent, we buy jars of it all the time! I would highly suggest you go try it yourself, and you’ll see why they are still around. The Barrada is my recommendation!

My wife and I “discovered” Little Mexico during a short stay in Kearney during February 2023. WOW! Great décor, great food, excellent prices, helpful and friendly staff . . . this restaurant reminded us of places we’ve enjoyed in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas!
