I stopped in to place an order for dinner to take home. Was greeted and waited on by very friendly staff. They offer the typical Mexican-American style food, as well as Margaritas and cold beer. The food is very good and reasonably priced.

Very spacious restaurant, was not too busy. We ordered the carne asada tacos, choriqueso, and chicken w guajillo sauce. The food was ok, but not anything great. The Salsa and chips were really good, and the Horchata drink is one of the better ones I’ve tasted in a while. Great customer service, the waiter was so friendly and attentive. Prices were affordable, I loved that they had plenty seating.

Overall the food was great. I liked how the steak for the tacos had flavor & the green salsa was pretty good! Although I think the price for the rice water kinda expensive just because of the size of cup they give you but other then that everything was delicious. It was ALL good until the bill. We were charged for soda drinks that we didn’t order nor even had.The card reader showed our bill at $33 but you had to confirm $34. Then the printout showed $35… WTH was that about? The waitress didn’t know either.

It’s nothing fancy, but the food is good and filling. Staff is friendly and efficient. I had 2 chicken tamales which came with refried beans and orange colored rice. My hubs has cuevos con chorizo, also with beans and rice. Margarita was good too.

We have gone before and had wonderful food and service! Our waiter was a super sweet man who was very attentive, and the food was hot and delicious. However, we went tonight, and the experience was bad enough we will never go back! Jessica was our server, if that’s even her real name. She was rude, rolled her eyes every time we asked her anything. She didn’t check back with us, forgot part of our order and then acted like we were bothering her when we asked for it. Her demeanor was unprofessional to say the least. I will never go to an establishment where a customer is treated as a nuisance. I have tried reaching the business today to let them know about this, and she was the one who answered the phone, with the SAME attitude, and now I cannot get through, so I am not sure if she blocked the number, or what, but she said she has no idea when the owner or the manager will be in, ever. “She just got here” so how should she know were her words. Never again.

Outstanding table service and really good food. We had the Ranchero Burrito, the California Burrito, Nachos, and the Steak Milanesa. The side of guacamole was really good, but a bit pricey at eight bucks. The side of pico de giallo with lettuce was huge, tasty, spicy, and cheap. Plus, the frech fries were very satisfying. Adding you to my Beloit playlist!
