French is my favorite food. Perfect flavoring to enhance the subject, not overpowering subject masking flavors. The trout was perfectly cooked, the pan sauce with lemon was amazing and the perfectly cooked mixed vegetables with a slight slight crunch still again absolutely perfect. The pear dessert was however a disappointment. Couldn’t taste the pear unless you dug out the pieces and ate them separately. Ice cream and chocolate sauce. That said, the entree was so good. Still five stars to me.

Incredibly romantic restaurant with great and attentive service. The food is superb! I am a major foodie and came to Tallahassee after living in Miami for 8 years. The beef bourguignon made my eyes watered… it was THAT DELICIOUS. The snapper dish has the most delicious red pepper sauce. I had the vanilla crème brûlée for dessert- mouth watering. They also have a great wine selection. If your looking for delicious French cuisine and a quiet ambience, this is the place to go!

We were greeted at the door for our 11:30 am lunch reservation but at that time there were plenty of tables. When we left the tables were filling up fast including the bar. We interacted with staff but Andrew, our waiter, was the best! He was kind, informative and patient with our dietary restrictions & multiple requests. The food came out fairly quickly as ordered, well seasoned, to temperature per plate and yummy! Wish I would have taken better photos – merci! We will be back and recommend. ❤️

Superb! I couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary dinner. Leah, our server, was very attentive and personable. Highlights of our dinner included the goat cheese salad (wow), French onion soup, and the creme caramel. But the show stopper was the Sea bass (phenomenal). They also have a adventurous, respectable wine selection. Go ahead, buy the whole bottle. And did I mention there is a ONE chef kitchen (no sous chef, nothing) pushing out glossy magazine cover worthy plates? That’s pure impressive. We will absolutely be back for seconds.

The Food here is Superb. One of the best restaurants in Tallahassee! Escargot and the way it is prepared is incredibly savory, and paired with the Sancerre Rose was a fantastic start to a relaxing Sunday lunch experience. Get to know the chef, super friendly chap. He bought the restaurant and moved here directly from France. You MUST get their croissants to go for breakfast the next morning. We are bringing an order back with us to Denver. Every time we come to town we’ll eat here at least once during our stay. Support a local treasure Tallahassee!

Had been once before and while pricey, the food was excellent. This time, the food was just ok, yet still pricey. Our server told us more than once that she was brand new. She couldn’t answer any questions about recommendations because she hadn’t personally sampled anything on the menu. I ordered the special duck confit which brought a barely tender duck leg and giant portion of new potatoes. It was good, but not great. My companion ordered the escargot appetizer and the lamb, both of which were just ok. And lest you think we are snobby, the restaurant barely had any patrons at peak dinner time, albeit on a Wednesday evening.
