Had a great meal! I’m a pretty big BBQ guy, I have a full meat shop in my barn. I picked up dinner for our large group, with about a 25 minute drive back to the house. We were very bummed that at 6pm on Friday they were out of ribs and Mac and cheese. So we picked different sides am entrees for the few that were affected. Food was packaged quickly, staff was very nice. Went through the whole order to make sure we got everything. I got the chopped plate, with Robs sauce and beans and cole slaw. I also got some sides of the hot and Lexington sauces to try. I liked Robs sauce, but the Lexington was my favorite. It is very similar to my sauce. I like my pork shredded more than chopped, but it had great flavor so I wasn’t really disappointed. Beans were good. Cole slaw was great! We have already decided we will go again next year, but earlier so we can try the ribs.

Very unassuming, no frills place with food served on styrofoam plates, but that’s how you know it’s gonna be good! The best BBQ I’ve ever had. The brisket was amazing and super tender. Good portions and the sides were great as well. If I lived in the area this would definitely be a regular spot for me.

This has become one of our must haves anytime we’re in Myrtle Beach. It’s a small shop in the corner of a little strip mall off of Hwy 17, mainly catering to takeout dining, but the BBQ is so good, especially when covered with their special “Rob’s sauce”! We normally get the pulled pork and beef brisket sandwiches, but we were finally able to try the baby back ribs (only sold Fri evening and Saturday). We flew home with them to have for dinner and they were fall-off-the-bone goodness! They were so tasty that we wished we had bought more. We do still have some of that “Rob’s sauce ” though. Sorry I don’t have any photos to share, but take my word for it and try it if you’re in Myrtle Beach near Broadway at the Beach.

I am a southern girl that loves BBQ and this is spot on! No frills, great taste, reasonably priced. The chopped pork is some of the best I’ve had. The brisket is fall apart tender. Baked beans are saucy and not too sweet. The coleslaw is homemade. The french fries are hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I have tried all the sauces, they are all good but mustard is always my favorite. Iced tea is very good especially if you add a splash of pink lemonade. You won’t be disappointed if you like good SC BBQ!

Locals favorite spot for sure. This place has been here for some time. They have some of the best bbq around. I have tried a lil bit of everything from them. The brisket, the ribs and yesterday I had the pork sandwich. If you love bbq definitely check them out.

Stopped June 23rd.First time stopping, should have done it sooner. Went on a Friday to get ribs to take back to Charlotte for lunch Saturday for our overnight stay. They were absolutely delicious, fell right off the bone. We also got the brisket and pulled pork. Loved the choice of sauces. Definitely will put on our list of places to eat next year. A great little hole in the wall.

I always make a stop here when visiting Myrtle Beach. Hole in the wall which is how it should be. $15 for my plate and two sides n drink. Big fan of the sweet tea and sauces also. Can’t complain.

Had the 1/4 pound brisket sandwich, it was good. A little on the soft side, but I didn’t mind. Not stringy, thick cuts, and not heavily seasoned. There are five sauces to choose from. Hands down, the Rob’s Sauce was the best; it’s a smoky vinegar-based sauce. The mustard sauce wasn’t bad either, but I preferred dipping the massive amount of fries into it. Not fancy on the inside, but clean as a whistle and they weren’t too busy for dinner. Waited maybe 7-8 minutes for my serving. Only drawback is a lack of parking, but not a deal-breaker.

Delicious barbecue. Ribs are only available on Friday and Saturday. Brisket and ribs were delicious, moist, and tender.

This was a great hole in the wall find. Ate there two days in a row on a golf vacation, should have done so 3 or 4 days straight. Excellent chopped pork or brisket plates or sandwiches. Sides are all good as well. Ribs will have to wait until next year as they are Friday and Saturday only, but expect they are good too.
