Little Red Hamburger Hut has earned Best Red Chile Cheeseburger many times, and they live up to that title. This family owned joint is busy every evening until they sell out of patties, which happens frequently.

I love this place. Burgers are amazing and the red chile is to die for but it’s a little expensive for the type of environment it is. I get the whole “hole-in-the-wall” vibe, but these prices are a little restaurant-y.

Guys. The burgers are amazing. They really are – but every single online menu lists the prices at almost half of what they actually are! That’s a huge difference. Small combo for $6.50? Not a chance. Try almost $12 bucks for a small combo. Just a cheeseburger with red chile is over $9. This isn’t some boutique, organic, hand massaged cattle, burger joint. It’s a fast food place. Local, yes. Yes, it tastes amazing, but for those prices – Seems like it is a bit too much to ask for one burger.
