The food was not good at all and pricey for the quantity and quality. We ordered 4 items. The chicken satay was just 4 small pieces of chicken breast on a skewer and fried. They did not seem to know that satay is more than the satay sauce. The chicken was tasteless and dry. The cost was $4.99. The beef pan fried noodles cost $14.99. It had about 3 small pieces of beef, with scallions and a bit of something indescribable in the middle of the plate, with very much deep fried noodles of very little quantity around it in a 3/4 circle, swimming or drowning in a lot of watery brown sauce on the plate. My beef noodles in soup had a small quantity of noodles in a lot of soup and a few pieces of supposedly raw beef. The beef was almost totally cooked (only one piece was slightly pink in the middle and the others were well done) when the bowl arrived, so it was not tender at all. The bowl cost $9.99. The only reasonably done item was the vermicelli with BBQ chicken my niece ordered. I heard the waitress telling the customers at the next table that the BBQ chicken was good, so I guess if you really want to eat something there, go for the BBQ meat.

My wife and I have been eating here over a year and love this place. Great chicken Pho and vegetable rolls. Excellent service. The best in Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex.
