We had great shrimp summer rolls and medium rare beef pho at late night. Food was authentic Vietnamese and we were very pleased.

Little Saigon Cafe is one of my favorite pho restaurants in the city. The dining area is small, but service was great and we had a solid dine-in experience. All of the food we tried was delicious – the pho was tasty, fresh, and the perfect size. The menu was fairly varied, however I’d love to see some seafood options for pho in the future. Will be back!

First time here yesterday August 9/2023 with my son. We were lucky to find parking right in front of the building. Friendly owner once he walked in I recognized him from his on line picture. He had a big smile on his face said hello and asked if we were comfortable and if he should turn the AC up which was really nice of him. It’s a small clean restaurant with nice sitting area. We ordered the spring rolls and pho number 5 and 10 the portions are big as u c on my pics the pho was done perfectly and the shrimps inside spring rolls were huge. We enjoyed our lunch.

A $13 PHO only comes with 4 meatballs. Unbelievable. Terrible value for the money paid. We specifically asked the cashier if we can order “substitute raw beef to meatballs” and he said yes. He was also on his phone the whole time we walked in and didn’t notice/bother to raise his head until we proactively asked for his attention. Broth is pretty good but 4 meatballs for $13 is absolutely insane.

Overall, a really lovely dining experience: delicious food (we especially LOVE the mango salad!), friendly service, and a cozy space. We’ve enjoyed every dish we’ve ordered and always look forward to eating at Little Saigon Café. Once, our server noticed we were interested in a show on the T.V. He promptly offered us a new table with a better view and turned up the volume. 10/10.

Got the vermicelli with pork and spring rolls and it did not disappoint! Super fresh ingredients, pork was cooked well, and the fish sauce complemented the dish very nicely. I had gone when the restaurant first opened about 4 months ago and wasn’t super impressed, but it seems the quality has improved since opening. Would recommend others to check out!

Had a great meal here today! We ordered the beef pho, spring rolls, and summer rolls. All were super tasty and fresh! Next time we come back to Philly, this will be a must stop. Could not recommend more for a quick, yummy, reasonably priced meal!!

This place was amazing! Staff was friendly and the taste was delightful and so good for cold days like today. Food did take a bit to get to us but it was worth the wait! It’s also open pretty late and I enjoyed every minute there it’s definitely a must try if you’re in Chinatown and hungry late at night!

The “ special Pho” is $19 and you can see the portion of it, they gave a such big bowl but only filled a half of it. The “pork chop rice” is $13 and they served cold rice which is unacceptable! No service, they expect you to ask for everything including chopsticks and napkins because there’s none on the table. Overall it was a really bad experience.
