The spring rolls were really good and flavorful and fresh. The chicken and beef and vegetables on crispy noodles was delicious as well. I did have a little bit of trouble understanding the man who waited on me. But everyone was courteous and polite and helpful.

I don’t know what people were talking about the soup being good. All I tasted was sugar and a lot of it. I paid $7 for the small bowl and it was small. Compare to pho ha, their small bowl is twice as big as this place.

If you want Bo Luc Lac (Shaking beef) you have a 60% chance of getting a really good dish. If you’re into the shaking beef like I am, you knot the ecstasy of getting a well prepared version, and how difficult that is. I’ve been here ~20 times and 60% is my estimation on how often you will get an excellent version.
