You guys can see clearly why this place only have one point some thing as a rates. The customer service is so bad. The the menu of the restaurant is tricky. I asked to change my order and the lady on the cashier told me she can’t do it. You cannot change your order. People were so hungry on this line that they went almost kick me out of the line. I don’t recommend you to eat on this place, unless is the last place in the world to eat. My first 1 star well done. I hope you read this.

Pizza wasn’t that bad. 2 good sized slices of pepperoni and a sprite all for under 20 bucks. Not bad considering it was in the airport where most prices are jacked way up. Service was friendly. Not the best slice I’ve ever had but if I have a lay over in newark again I’d probably go back. One comment though, what’s with new york area pizza joints giving the double paper plate thing to fit them, why not just buy bigger plates?

I think it is the worst restaurant in Newark airport. The staff is fooling around, the pizzas are missing, and the staff is rude ( especially when the customer refuses to change his order because they are too lazy to make it).

I ordered what looked like the most recent out of the oven (pepperoni) and it was actually pretty good. Transaction was under 2 minutes, and single digit dollars. I’d call that a win in an airport.

Really not a good service had to return my pizza because it was overbacked and dough was hard. Only on person on the front while 3 teenager had to operate the cells. I assume that what they call here customer service at it finest
