The hours on this Google website are wrong. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays and they close at 8pm the other days. Drove all the way and they were closed with a sign explaining their hours. Horrible experience.

Staff seems to be actively avoiding orders. Online orders don’t get confirmed and hangups when calling in orders. They seem to be leaving the phone off the hook. Which is a bummer because the food is great.

This place has been a family favorite for years. It’s a diner through and through. When in restaurant seating is in effect it can get busy and noisy but that’s what a diner is supposed to be. First off, the BigH side of menu is fabulous. Secondly, the Litza’s Pizza menu is heavenly. Thirdly, IT’S ALL THERE!!!!! So Johnny can have his favorite burger and Suzie can get that delicious pizza she adores so much.

Pizza was burned and service was awful. Getting pizza from Hires has always been one of our favorite things to do. So, when my wife celebrated her 72nd birthday it was the obvious choice. We were very excited and ordered seven family size pizzas to cover our large family. Unfortunately six of the seven pizzas were badly burned. When we called back and asked for the manager, his response was “we’ll try and do better next time.” I don’t think so!!!

There are a few locations in the valley and this one is the closest to our house I’ve never had a problem at the other ones but literally the last 4 or 5 times or order was significantly wrong and they refused to acknowledge it saying they weren’t at fault even when we make sure they repeat it all back to use on the phone it’s a real shame because it is good pizza just bad service at this particular location
