I ordered the pork dumplings in general tso’s chicken and it came out to 33.45 without tip. The dumplings were way too doughy and the only flavor and texture is of minced green onion. Some of the worst dumplings I’ve had.

Wow!! What a Gem! Didn’t even know this business exists, only found it because every Asian food restaurant we passed yesterday was closed. Super pleasant family working this modest space offering FRESH MADE food. The pot stickers, a.k.a. dumplings, were flavor bombs. I’m still salvation for their salt and pepper shrimp. Nice portion and fabulous taste. My son order Pad Thai style rice noodle that hosted chicken so tender it practically melted and flavor so full and pleasing he wanted to drink the sauce of the left overs! I only saw three people there working but every encounter was delightful. I highly recommend everyone gives this place a try! It’s not your average American version Chinese food!

We don’t live in the area but Liu’s Mandarin Kitchen was on our way home off of I-80. We needed a quick lunch and ordered the Chicken Fried Rice – it was delicious. It’s a simple dish but one of the best we’ve tasted (and we’ve tasted a lot). Not too oily, a good amount of chicken, egg and diced veggies. We wished we had ordered more.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for the past couple years. All in all my previous experiences were positive. Tonight I was craving their Singapore style rice noodle dish. I asked if I could substitute their curry chicken breast for their regular chicken and was told no. I offered to pay more for my request and was again abruptly told no.
