The service was really bad. There were mistakes in our order. Our tea was cold. After brining our food, our waiter disappeared for about 30 min. Apparently he went home and nobody else checked on us until we had to wave another waiter down. C’mon guys, this is Four Seasons. It shouldn’t be this way.

Four seasons hotel has a great vibe and atmosphere still; even after all these years and changes. I’ve been here when the restaurant used to be Trio and the upstairs bar was wide open with the piano. Also many work luncheons for RECA.

We went here on a weekend night. The website said they had live music but as of about 10PM they did not. No problem, I can ask an employee. We sat in the lounge area for about 20 minutes and not a single employee spoke to us, so we left. Nice way to spend 10 bucks on parking.

Live oak beer is delicious. But this has nothing to do with the beer. This is a restaurant at the four seasons hotel.
