Cute little diner and the food is ok. Only had breakfast so other stuff may be better. I had a cheese omelet which was rather thin and the toast was thin and Crunchy. Seemed like maybe they make there own. Tasted good just very Crunchy. The stuffed French toast I did not care for at all. Rather dry and definitely was not stuffed with much. More like a smear of strawberry cream cheese. It wasn’t bad just not outstanding. The twin had scrambled eggs and biscuts and gravy. She said she has had better but also she has had way worse. Would go to again if someone chose it but would try something diffrent.

I stopped for lunch at 11:30 am on a Wednesday and the place was busy. Everything looked clean and in order. I was able to sit at a table and my server came right over. She was very pleasant and cheerful. She took my order of the Plate Lunch Special, Roast Beef Manhattan with Mashed potatoes & gravy, and mac & cheese.

Menu is like you’d expect at a local neighborhood restaurant. The place is brightly decorated. About half of the tables were available. Some of the customers are regulars, known by the staff. Service was on the slow side but server was friendly. Sadly the liver portion of liver and onions was fried hard… couldn’t eat it. Converted my plate to s veggie platter… didn’t want to waste food. The platter was edible, not fancy and reasonably priced. It’s nice to have a place to go if you want a quick bite. But I’ll explore other available choices first.

This is a small diner serving home cooked foods. The solo breakfast cook had 10 tickets for tables from two to eight plus takeout orders. He was amazing to watch. There was, understandably, a little bit of a wait time but when the food arrived it was as ordered. There were two waitresses who kept everyone’s drinks filled and let us know the order would be out soon and apologized for the wait time. We ordered the 1-1-1 egg, bacon, toast, home fries, tomato, coffee and water and pancakes with hash browns and water. Everything cooked as ordered. The syrup did not have much flavor other than sweet and we needed to salt and pepper our eggs and potatoes, just minor issues. I will get the hash browns next time. No photos because we just came from an appointment and we were almost hangry, (not the cafe’s fault). The two meals were just over $16.00. We tipped the cook and the waitress. The lunch menu looks inviting. We hope to go back for lunch.

Lizzie’s is great. Breakfast and lunch options are both fantastic here. Our server Christa was very polite and professional, and we got to meet Lizzie! We also bought some pie, and they were phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Our server Marissa was a little sweetheart she made sure we had enough to drink made sure our food was good asked if everything was ok when she brought our check over told us about some homemade goodies which we had to try and glad we did lol will diffently be going back to try some more of the items on the menu the only problem that we had noticed was that the seating is kinda limited so for some people if they are busy and you have several people in your party that may want to go and have a wonderful time and have some good food that may be a problem not sure but I’m sure they will do there best to accommodate your dining needs

Service is Great! The food isn’t. I have been twice. First time I ordered breakfast, the second time, lunch. Breakfast was much better than the plate lunch. Most places do instant mashed potatoes, and make them palatable, these are not, and the gravy is worse so that doesn’t help. The green beans are good, the only thing that I ate that were. I really wanted to like this place!! Service here is great!!
