Pretty slow experience. They also mention that their fryer was having issues but that’s not my problem. Their slow and they should fix that. Waited over 20 minutes for an online order that should have been done when I got there. The wait was appalling.

We drive a semitruck, so we order through doordash. My husband is allergic to chlorophyll, and there’s no place on the online order for special instructions. I called, and the lady that answered took care of my online order so we wouldn’t get any cabbage. She was super friendly and helpful. The food was hot and delicious when it arrived at our truck. We will definitely order from here again when we’re waiting on our loads.

I usually love L&L but i went in when there was no rush. I ordered a chicken katsu and it took less than a minute to get it. When i opened it in my car the chicken was soooooo dry like if they cooked it a while ago and just kept it heated. Usually its crunchy and juicy. This was so stiff and hard to chew. I was upset because i thought they made this fresh and by the order not stale.

I am a big fan of Hawaiian food I visited a couple of days ago. Most of the food was okay except the short ribs they hardly had any meat and had tones of fat!! So I went another day just to see if it was just a bad day and the next time I order the exact same thing and this time it was burnt and just got a bone. I don’t think I’ll be back unless I can eat inside instead of take out so I can see if they would give me the same food in my face instead of getting all the way home and be disappointed.

Went there for the first time on Albertoni in Carson. I order the BBQ Chicken, the rice was sticky, meat dry etc., oh and the teriyaki sauce was watery . Will never ever go there again .
