This was my third visit to L & L Hawaiian, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. From my perspective, L & L might as well stand for “Lousy & Lazy.” After waiting fifteen minutes both of our Katsu Chicken dinners were not only cold but also overcooked. It’s mind-boggling to think that any competent cook would knowingly serve such subpar food. This particular visit occurred at 5:45 pm on June 6, 2023, and based on this experience alone, I strongly believe the cook responsible should be held accountable and possibly even dismissed.

It has been 6/7 years since I have been back & oh how I have missed their Kalua pork with cabbage! Definitely impressed with the quantity and taste. They also make delicious lumpia. Highly recommend!

Third time coming here to this location so far so good only complain.. the place has a smell when u walk in… not sure what im smelling. Hawaiian burger is awesome so is the spam Musubi tried the shrimp today looking forward to trying other dishes.

Horrible service. We waited for 15 mins only to be told that the food ordered was not available. We had to wait another 45 mins for new order to be ready. Never coming back again for mediocre food. Save your time and go somewhere else.

first and last at this location… first so hard to park, then restroom needs token, and most important I waited 45 minutes for a beef sandwich!! and you could see the slow and bad attitude from the kitchen… girls at the counter were very helpful and attentive sadly not the same with the kitchen people… I had to cancel and ask for a refund… never coming back

They convey one price and charge you more when you pay . I noticed after I had already paid and given my receipt. The manager would only offer to refund me my money and no food. He specifically said you can get the refund or just take it for what it is.
