Ordered teriyaki chicken and chicken katsu and this was the first time at a Hawaiian BBQ that I’ve had chicken with the skin on it also my chicken katsu was way over cooked. Wanted teriyaki sauce for side and it was soy sauce with water added not teriyaki sauce and they charge extra for katsu sauce don’t even give you one with your order when chicken katsu was ordered. Cabbage was raw not steamed and the lumpia was horrible. Over fried and did not tatse good

Food was not fresh made and the katsu sauce is limited to one per 2 orders any extra is .50 the fact that they charge for extra sauce is not ok especially if you are ordering 2 orders of katsu chicken. Then telling me the cups are bigger and that why when they were the same size as before is not ok. Go to the other L&L pass this one by.

Woman with glasses at the cash register kept blowing her nose in-between grabbing orders. Also refused to put utensils in my takeout order. I also used the the hawaiian word for short ribs (Kalbi) and she had no idea what I was talking about.

Been having trouble w my orders lately, continue to put sauce on chicken when I request it to be dry no sauce. The ambiance is poor..doesn’t reflect the hawaain style!.. TODAY was the worst I will not ever return to this location,…I placed my order as usual, on the phone
