Had the loco moco – eggs were good as was the rice and gravy but the burger patty was pretty decicated, had not much flavor and tasted like it had been made long before I got there. The hip hop playing skull was a fun feature.

Seaweed on the Musubi was way too chewy but the spam and sauce was delicious! I wasn’t a fan of my bbq combo plate but my wife loved her chicken katsu. Personally, I wouldn’t eat here again but I’m sure my wife will drag me here once again. My rating: 5/10. My wife’s: 8/10

Ordered delivery last night and the food was mediocre at best. The saimin was small, like snack size small, not filling. And quite frankly it was disgusting. I got the fried shrimp saimin and common sense anywhere else would be to either wrap the fried foods separately or to package the broth separately. They did neither, so the fried shrimp was a soggy mess and the breading had absorbed most of the broth, the only bit that remained was at the bottom under the noodles.

I am a big fan of L&L Hawaiian, just not this location since they came back to Temecula. First, I ordered the Kalua . Kalua is made with two simple ingredients, Hawaiian salt and smoke (cabbage is optional), not celery. Wham has anybody used celery as their main ingredient. It was loaded with celery! I have given L&L Temecula three chances, they are very inconsistent. Over cooked beef, fake Kalua, or the Katsu being over fried.

The employee taking our orders was very nice and helpful. I’ve ate on about half a dozen L&LS, and while the food are pretty much the same on all, the service was best here, and I got more gravy on my loco moco than ever before.
