As soon as you walk in the place puts off a bad vibe. It just doesn’t look clean I ordered a healthy bbq chicken plate and didn’t eat half of it. The food was slimy and didn’t taste cooked. If I was L&L I would disenfranchise this place immediately

I ordered a pan of “VEGETARIAN “ fried noodles and got home and it had chicken. So I call them to let them know and whoever the lady is that answered told me I didn’t specify no meat??? So I was like, what part of vegetarian don’t you understand?? Vegetarian means no meat??? Then she had the nerve to tell me the chicken is big enough just pick it out???? I told her again, my daughter is vegetarian and doesn’t eat chicken?? She again told me, yeah, just take the chicken out!! Needless to say I’ll never go back. This was the most incompetent, rude, lack of common sense person behind that phone call…

Worst L&L I’ve been to. Food barely had seasoning and mac salad was very plain (basically just mac and mayo). I ordered kalbi ribs and it didn’t taste like it was marinated and was very greasy.

We love L&L. Typically they have great food and service. It was fine here as well. I love the mixed BBQ plate. You get a ton of meat and 2 scoops of rice and 1 scoop of macaroni salad, the best on the island. A great way to save on dining on Ohahu.

This is a really great place to eat and they have a wide selection of different foods to fit on most any taste. They really seem to have location’s just about everywhere and clothing the state parks as well as shopping malls and even Inside of local events such as carnivals. I would not hesitate to recommend this place for breakfast lunch or dinner. Pricing is very good for the quality of food that you receive and there’s almost never a long line. I believe that these are franchise restaurants however the food tastes very much the same from one location to the other even though apparently owned by many different people. If you are in Hawaii as a visitor you definitely don’t want to miss out on getting in on this local fare. I’m not sure if they are on any of the other islands but they have a seemingly infinite amount of stores on the island of oahu. I especially like their breakfast menu and I probably eat their 2 to 3 times a week for at least one meal. You will not regret giving this place of shot as once you do you will keep coming back and with the number of locations they have you won’t have to go far.

Worst L&L in Hawaii… I ordered loco moco. Patty tastes awkward, my eggs supposed to be very hot but they were cold and yolks was already at the bottom of the rice.. Gravy not delicious at all. Please close!
