I was in the mood for healthier food close to downtown and decided to try this place. I got swayed towards the smashed potato rather than the salad I came for, but it did not disappoint! One of, if not my favorite places to go for custom salads. Honestly, I don’t believe there is no other place in the Metro area that offers build your own salad with as many ingredients they have. Anyone saying the salads are small must have ordered a half salad. There is enough for 2 servings. I’m full after eating half and save the rest for the next day. Everyone is nice and they tell you to check your food to make sure everything is right. And my 5yo son loves going just to talk to his favorite Loaded Lettuce employee.

My honest review: the salad I ordered was delicious. I took off one star for the size and another because I ordered extra pickles but did not receive them. The salad was small, I’ve had bigger salads that were $2 to $4 cheaper. So although it was good and delicious I might continue getting my salads elsewhere due to the size.

Very unprofessional. Not familiar with the area and could not find the business. Called and immediately was greeted with, “We ain’t taking no call in orders.” She then hung up the phone after I asked for the location. Will not be going ever.
