First, we walked in and got blasted with cold air, that felt great. We were welcomed in and treated with much respect. As we looked over the menu, a strung-out bum was being weird, and the employee watched him intensely, preparing to throw him out if necessary. That was comforting.

Came in for lunch with a coworker who was craving a Philly cheesesteak. Loading Zone did not disappoint! Quality meat cheese and veggies. Don’t let me start on how soft the bread was. Atmosphere was awesome busy but service was fast and fresh. I got lemon pepper wing that were perfectly fried crispy outside succulent inside. Definitely will be back for the smash burger..

Great Food and Service, it had been our first time at this place and they really went above and beyond to let us know what items they offered. Cheesesteak was very soft, and the burger was full of flavor! Great environment to come watch the game, or drink with some friends.

First time trying the Philly Steak here and I didn’t like it at all. Wayyyyyy too much American cheese and Mayo with Barely any meat in it. Who wants a Philly with excessive cheese and Mayo in it. Meat was barely seasoned as well. I understand that with this being a downtown location that people would be mainly intoxicated while eating so it’s enjoyable. I was sober last night. I will try again during the day to see if there’s a difference if not, I’ll never eat them

First time eating this Philly cheese steak. Overall the beef was flavorful; plentiful onions and peppers. Side of fries to accompany the Philly. Would I say it was the best cheese steak i ever had ? Ehhhhhhhhhh no. Let’s talk about some cons. The bread was on the soggy side and the wax paper wrapped with the sub was sticking to the meat and bread. Became a mission to carefully peel apart the wax paper. Eventually gave up and ended up eating remnants of the wax paper. Didn’t ruin the experience tho.

Guys at the counter were very nice & patient with checking on an allergy I have in a wing sauce ingredient.. and the food was absolutely delicious I had to try both a Philly & the wings and neither of them disappointed!! 10/10 recommend the loading zone for both wings fries and Philly cheesesteaks.. it was an awesome change from where we live an hour away in Davenport when we came out to bike night across the street and didn’t want pizza!!!
