As a Chicagoland area native living in Granbury, it’s near impossible to find a good Chicago style hotdog or an Italian beef. Loaf’n Dog nails it. They even add the celery salt and serve the right kind of crinkly fries (we always add a cup of cheese on the side to dip in). My family and I have been coming here for a little over a year now and have never been dissatisfied. It’s clean, it’s located in a cute area, the restaurant itself has a fun atmosphere, the staff is always kind and the food is great. So thankful I don’t have to drive all the way out to North of Fort Worth for a hotdog or order from Portillos anymore. Now, if only they could add some Green River and a good gyro to the menu it would be absolutely perfect.

We tried to go eat during business hours and when we got there they were closed. The sign on the door said they would be back at 11:00 and it was now 12:00. Typical Cleburne business, good food, but not accommodating

The food was spectacular! I ate every bite and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The staff was very helpful in helping me make a choice from the menu and they got my food out double quick! The decor was really cool, it has that rustic old-school vibe but more colorful and the whole place was spotless! I will definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu. I had the Jennifer Dog, an all beef ViennaBeef frank covered with chili and cheese and diced up onions with crinkle fries and a craft root beer. That meal hit the spot for sure!
