I started out with my food truck last year & now I have a restaurant!
I am a Cajun Creole girl cooking up MY family recipes.
I wanted to Share some good Southern, Cajun, & Creole cuisine with Colorado, which I felt we didn’t have. I’ve been in this business for over 25 years. Everything is Authentic & if it’s not one of my family recipes, I most likely taught myself how to make it. I just enjoy being able to share my flavor, my background & my Culture with everyone! Our menu is extremely diverse
which is what makes us amazing, so check us out!
Creole Magnolias is my dream, my baby & my life. I started this in memory of both of my MawMaws & Mother who could cook like you’d never imagine & I will keep it that way.

So happy Pueblo has a creole restaurant. Loved the atmosphere- very clean, well decorated. Also a big stocked bar and TVs throughout. The waitress was excellent and the food came out quickly.

The food was too greasy and too salty. There was so much batter I couldn’t taste the fish. The atmosphere was nice. The waitress was very nice. I feel like I wasted my money. I was neither happy or satisfied.
