Our bar and deck open up at 12 pm and stay open until last call at night!
Enjoy the beautiful views of the Damariscotta River as you dine on the water . Lobsterman’s Wharf has many fresh seafood options as well as some land lubber meals.
Our kitchen takes orders from 12 until 3 for lunch. When we are done cooking those meals, we prepare for dinner. We reopen for orders for dinner from 4:30 until 7:30.
Have fun ordering your drink at a genuine lobster boat that has grounded on our wharf. A great place for couples, families and groups!

This is a beautiful location to have a nice afternoon drink, but I was disappointed with the food on my most recent visit. The outdoor bar is well equipped, but this location used to offer a great restaurant. Sadly, this is gone and in its place is a take-out shack for food. The clam chowder was very salty, and the lobster roll (an expensive $31) was not exactly generously stuffed. As well, the lobster meat in it was soft shell, leaving the meat overly wet and somewhat squishy, not firm and delicious like hard shell meat. When I brought this to the attention of the young man taking orders and the serve-yourself take out bar, he was less than interested. He told me that it is all they can get due to the time of the year, but when I checked around (lots of lobster rolls out there!), it seems this is not really the case. So we will just go for drinks next time, enjoy the location, and dine elsewhere.

What a surprise little gem of a restaurant. So glad we stopped. Fantastic food – one of the best burgers I have had. Pulled pork burger got similar praise.

Although I miss the “old Lobbies”, I appreciate the convenience and simplicity of the new iteration. Details.. I went by boat with three others from New harbor. I had the pulled pork, very good flavor but so fatty I left a lot on the plate. Fries were good, but two of our party ordered fries, but got chips instead. Everyone else’s food beside that issue was to their liking. Cheeseburger, grilled cheese with tomato and bacon were both good. I had a bloody Mary which was pretty much how they’ve always been there… No complaints. I’ll definitely go back, and order something different. It’s really about the boat ride and tradition at this point.

I decided to give this restaurant a try because it was close to our hotel and it had a good view on the deck outback. We ordered 2 dinner meals and I had a drink called the puffin from the bar. Which was very delicious. Strong but delicious. I was tipsy off of that one drink. I got the clam po’boy with french fries and a cup of clam chowder. I have never had a po’boy before and thought I would try it. All 3 were good. Clams were fried well. French fries were crisp, and the clam chowder was hot and creamy. Oster crackers were served with it, which I like better then regular crackers. The other order was a seafood samplers with clams, haddock, shrimp, and scallops served with french fries also. The Haddock was amazing. My favorite out of the sampler. Clams were good.

The deck views are great , there is a small but good selection of beer on tap. The appitizer selection is lacking but it is a great place for an afternoon drink with friends

One of our favorite stops on our yearly vacation to the Boothbay Harbor peninsula. Absolutely love the location in the quiet village of East Boothbay and as you can see by the pictures, right on the water. Every time we are there it is so cool to see boaters come right up to the restaurant dock, tie up, and come in and enjoy a meal. It is not just about the location though, the food is excellent as well! Put this on your list of stops when in the Boothbay Harbor region!

Better off at Duntons Dog House as this tourist trap ain’t dog friendly.

I want to review this place because some of the negative reviews seem outdated. Lobsterman’s Wharf is a walk up window serving steamed and fried seafood and a few other items. There is a full bar made out of a lobster boat where you can order drinks separately. All the seating is outside with spectacular views.

Outdoor bar and picnic tables. The food is from a food truck type kitchen so no wait staff.

Great deck, fun bar area. Food was very noticeably poor. Fried haddock tasted like jerky. Fried clams were rubber bands. Could’ve been great of they didn’t overcook everything.
